Barging Thru France offers 5 different itineraries for 2010.  All itineraries may be run in the reverse direction, depending on bookings, water levels and local conditions:

l        Itinerary A (Dijon - St. Leger) Heart of Burgundy Route which is 80% canal.  This is the most popular routing in Burgundy.  Meeting point is Dijon rail station.

l        Itinerary B (Chagny to Paray-le-Monial) Southern Burgundy and Upper Loire route begins where A ends and takes your clients on the Canal Du Centre through some of the most beautiful scenery and interesting shore excursions anywhere as we continue to the upper Loire.  Meeting Point is Le Creusot Rail Station

l        Itinerary C (Xouaxange – Krafft) is the very popular Alsace route which is the traditional home base for Lorraine.  Meeting point is Strasbourg Rail Station.

l        Itinerary D (Dijon - Besancon) This cruise is on the Doubs.  It is our transition cruise to Alsace.  Meeting point is Dijon Rail Station.

l        Itinerary E (Besancon to Mulhouse) is a Family Cruise with children over 5 welcome.  Excursions are ment to be educational and fun.  Meeting point Dijon for arrival and Mulhouse for return.

Routes D & E are one time transitional cruises which bring Lorraine from Burgundy to Alsace.
