chance to sample a few crus; lunch on board and
cruise to TOURNUS ,visit the beautiful early romanesque abbey church
of Saint Philibert(10c).ON BOARD Dinner-lecture "The Marriage

TUES.
Departure to the SOLUTRE region in search of the wines of
Saint-Véran and Pouilly-Fuissé ,followed by a visit to the
Chateau de Pierreclos -and wine tasting!
afternoon cruise to Chalon sur saone ,guided visit :old
districts,half timbered houses ,Cathedral Saint Vincent.
WED
Coach transfer to BEAUNE via the vineyards of the Côte
Chalonnaise, visit and tasting at the Domaine d'Ardhuy-Clos des
Langres. This 18c family manor house opens wide its 17c cellars
where you will taste the estate wines (Ladoix,Corton,Monopole
Clos des Langres)
Lunch on board and cruise to SEURRE.(charming riverside town)
THURS. Cruise to St Jean de Losnes
Visit a red fruit farm where blackcurrents and
raspberries are grown and then transformed into jams,juices
and syrups. You will have an opportunity to sample
alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
After lunch in a traditionnal "bistro" in Dijon,guided
visit to the ducal palace,the cathedral of Ste Benigne and visit of
the famous Mulot & Petitjean gingerbread store nestled
in the shadow of the former church of StJean ;an emporium of a
thousand and one flavors.
Add to this
the fact that we offer cooking classes for up to 6 persons on
Caprice each week.
